Makes ice as described. Small bullet shape as described is perfect. Makes ice about every 10 minutes. Great buy.
Only had a couple of weeks so need more time to see how it holds up, cleans, etc. over time.

DEFINITELY FAST!

It definitely makes ice fast. A large faster than I was expecting. There's a slight funny taste to the ice though. I have cleaned it with Deleted venegger with water and and cycled through it a few timesDeleted vinegar with water and cycled through it a few times. I'm going to try the ice ice machine cleaner next. I may be doing something wrong because I use filtered water through my refrigerator to make is refrigerator to make the ice. I will update once I've changed what I'm doing. But I do like the machine.

Still needs improvements

It’s too noisy, it makes a lot of noises. It’s better if it had no noise and they should add in a button to stop the ice from making but still keep it cooling.

It makes large ice cubes quickly. I Have had probably 5 of these counter tops ice makers over the years and this model makes the best ice. I am using only filtered water with it in the hopes that it will last longer than the ones I had in the past.

Great ice maker !

This little guy is a workhorse. The ice is a little soft in the machine so you need to transfer it to your freezer to harden it further. I love it soft but, I'm an ice muncher. Perfect bullet cubes hollow inside. Easy to clean and ice taste great. I have it on the bar. No complaints.
