Coolest Water Dispenser
It is very nice size. We are huge water drinkers and this product is very convenient for us. This water dispenser is saving us a lot of money and of course saving on water bottle plastic. It has a nice removable drip tray and a storage space on bottom. The hot water has a protection for kids so I’m not afraid that my kids will get burned. I am very happy with my purchase. I really like it I like the way I can get hot water out of it instantly and I don’t have to heat up in the microwave I also love my cooler. I like how the drip tray grate is flat, so you can set a glass on it and push the button to fill the glass. It is very quiet. Water dispenses quickly. Hot is super-hot, cold is super cold. I recommend this brand to everyone looking to buy a practical water dispenser.

Work great
I got tired of keep buying water bottles and throwing water bottles every week. So I decided to buy this 5 gallon water dispenser. So far no issue and very convenient. The cold water is cool, and the hot water is hot. Everything working good expect you need have some trick to replace the bottle.

How do you clean the machine and how often and can we make the cold water colder?
A:
1.Wheen you first use, after 30 mins running please turn off the machine and pulll out the bottle, drain out the water from drain stopples and hot & cold 2 taps (BE careful of the hot water). Then pit back the bottle and open the hot tap until water comes out. 2.If you use mineral water, it is necessary to clean the heating coil and tank with 2% cooking citric acid and clean water once a month to assure good perfomance and good water quality. The cleam method is same to the above metioned in clause 1. (Please note:Your should clean again or more by pire water after drain out the citric water.) And the cold water temperature is between 42.8°F and 50°F.

How do I make water colder
A:
This is a water dispenser without a refrigeration unit. Cold water is water that is slightly colder than room temperature, not ice water.

Can't get water to come out of hot water tab, can I just turn that part off and use only the cold side?

If the water doesn't come out you can remove the top cover to see if the silicone tube inside is being pressed down by the foam, and if you want to turn off the heating function, there is a red button on the back to turn it off.
