Fulfills the "Wet Ice" need in every way
We have a small room that we use for wine & spirits and we were looking to add a "wet ice" machine and a small wine refrigerator. The combination of this unit, along with the portable commercial wet ice machine, was exactly what we were looking for. We were surprised by how fast they arrived and even more impressed by the quality of packaging, quality of the products and ease of use. We couldn't be more pleased. I love the fact that you can control the thickness of the ice cubes.

its cooling
Love it. With ice machines costing over $2k, I was worried about this one. Had for 4 months and works great. During the extreme cold blast, we emptied 3 times a day to get the water line flowing and for 2 weeks.....it made ice 24/7. Would fill the 35lb holding bin up within 8 hours or so.

I have been researching an affordable ice machine for our garage for years and this one has had great review so I had to try it finally. And I am very very happy. We live on the SC coast and go to the beach or fish in the creek several times a week plus I work outside and have a cooler in my truck all the time. I was tired of buying ice. We don’t have to anymore. This machine is in our garage and gives us all we need for the beach, boating and entertaining. Installation was easy and it performs as it says. Delivery was quick. This gets an A+. I would not hesitate to buy this machine!

Small but efficacy
I have a small restaurant, this icemaker is perfect size without costing a fortune. All I need is a big picnik ice bin(50 Lb) to store extra ice. I'm very please with this purchase.

A good product for the price
Makes ice cubes fairly quickly. It is a little bit noisy so we do have to turn it off at night. Also ice cubes melt a lot quicker then your typical ice cubes so we find that we are using more then we would use. Otherwise a good product for the price.

- Q:does this make ice out of all the water it uses? Does it recycle the water that does not freeze first pass? I understand that once the ice ejects to the holding bin and then has opportunity to melt and THAT melted ice aka water is drained away. my question is referring to the making part of the process.A:No, the water that does not freeze first pass will not be recycled again.
