What's athletics？
Athletics is a combination of physical sports and games of any kind. It is considered as the collection of sports and games which have professional set of rules and the aim is to win. Athletics activities mostly involve sports such as running, throwing and jumping or mostly track in field. These are also characterized by high aerobic exercise.

How athletics build up strength?
Individuals involve in athletics helps them to develop and boost their self-esteem as they see their hard work pay off. It not only builds the physical aspect of a player but it also helps the body and mind coordination. Sports and games can be a training ground of each individual for the athletic events. Playing games when there are young prepared them on how to practice and exercise their mental capacity learning the set of rules while sports made them more flexible enough for extreme physical activities.
