Rat Cage
Our teen daughter is using this for her pet rats. She puts all kinds of accessories in it and the rats are quite spoiled. She did have to move the bottom tray up because one got out that way. But no escapees since then.

Finally, A Nice WIDE Cage For Real BIrds With Real WIng Spans
5 Stars for the size and price. It could be a little more solid/sturdy, but then, he price wouldn't be so great. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I have a 25 year old cockatiel (he's been with me since he was nine weeks old) who shares a cage with a 12 year old cockatiel. The oldest one has slowly been graduating to wooden shelves and platforms in his cage. The older he gets, the more evident it becomes, he likes to take the weight off his little feet after a long day, too, and just have something to lean into and be flat footed on! The width of this cage is ample enough to achieve a nice playground for him with perches, shelves and platforms. He loves it. They both do. It's difficult finding cages with sufficient width for smaller birds. For some reason, manufacturers think length is better than width. It isn't. My guys are thrilled to both be able to stretch their wings out at the same time inside their cage without touching anything. They used to only stretch their wings like that during playtime outside of the cage. Now, they do it whenever they darn well please :) I am not going to fuss about the minor details. My birds are happy, and that is the #1 most important thing to me. They deserve a nice, roomy cage. I'm so glad to have found this for them!

I wanted to say that I love this cage for my 2 parakeets !.The cage arrived but it was missing some pieces like a small door and the tray came slightly cracked , so I notified the company and they resoponded right away and sent me a new kit which had all the parts.I was very impressed with the great customer service. The cage is really pretty in my house and looks elegant.The color is much nicer than the description of black,the color is a blend of black and silver which reads like a charcoal or a bronze color.

This is a great cage for my two Parakeets. They have so much more room now. Love it. I only gave it 4 stars because the directions to put it together were very very vague. A lot of trial and error because it wasn’t very clear. Other than that I’m happy.

I LOVE this cage!!! I am so totally happy with it and my two conures love it too! My only complaint(which us very minor in my opinion), is it came with a broken plastic tray. Totally replaceable and I just taped it to last me until it fully breaks. Otherwise, I am so happy with the price, the size, shape, colour. No complaints about the cage itself

My green cheek conure loves his new home!
My conure has a lot of room to move around and play. I probably will replace the perches with dowel rods that are slightly smaller in diameter. My biggest concern when I purchased this was the space between the bars, which is listed as .5 in. My conure seems to get around just fine though. If you have other pets or children in the home, I would recommend securing the cage to the base with zip ties to prevent knocking it over. The directions for assembly were terrible but it wasn't that difficult to figure out on our own. The wire rack with the big squares fits into little holes in the tops of the stand legs and the plastic tray will sit on that. Overall, this cage is easier to assemble with two people rather than one. A few bars on the back of the cage were bent but not so badly that they couldn't be straightened enough to work. This cage came with four white plastic water/food containers and 3 wood perches. Overall, I'm please with this purchase.

My bird cage purchase
I love this cage and for the price it is awesome. I was worried that it wouldn't be large enough for my African Grey but it's large enough for several Greys.He seems happy with it too. He has plenty of room in it. I'd but it again for a large bird even a cockatoo.

Love it, but wrong lock.
When I first took it out of the box I felt like the side pieces were flimsy. Once I got it together thought, it seemed much sturdier. I purchased this cage for sugar gliders. I haven't gotten them yet so I can't tell you if it works well for them, but I will say that for the price it's a great buy. There are a few small things I don't like:The lock isn't great. It's hard to unlock and I need two hands to do it. Not a huge deal, but may become annoying if I've got a pet in my hand. Plus, the lock is nothing like the picture.Second, the little doors on the sides don't seem very secure. I'll probably just zip tie them. The sliding doors for food cups are okay.The bars are a little bit flimsy. I could easily bend them, but I doubt sugar gliders can so I'm not too worried.What I do love about the cage is that it's so light! I could carry it downstairs pretty easily so that will help come wash time. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lock. I will update should my opinion change after using it for awhile.

Great, solid cage to spoil your pets with.
All the parts screw together solidly. It fits my two green cheek conures with plenty of space. It came with three perches. Putting it together took a little less than an hour. There is some guesswork with how the parts fit together but it quickly becomes clear what goes where. The wheels are more difficult to put on because the stick part of the wheel that slides into bottom of the legs is wider than the hole of the inserts they came with. I don't have the strength to push them in so I gotta hammer them later. As a cage, it's a great size and looks very elegant. I wish the stand was just a tiny bit shorter so that I don't have to look up at my birds when they are near the top (I'm 5'4") but it's not terrible. I ordered a Super Large mesh seed catcher because my birds are pigs.
