As the headline says.....This Thing is a BEAST!!!!! I purchased this back in Oct, 2020. I was just getting ready to start processing sausage at that time. I subsequently ground 200 - 300 lbs of sausage in about 20 - 40 lb batches. Most of them, I ground them the first time almost completely frozen (probably 75-85% frozen), and then immediately followed it up with a second grind usually adding a little fat to the second grind to get my fat contents correct. All I can say is WOW!!!! This thing makes very short order of a 25 lb batch of meat. It grinds as fast as you can feed it.....and never even slows down. If you could feed it any faster, it would grind faster. I'm also convinced it would grind a broom handle if you would let it although I have to admit I have never tried that.....but let's just say that this thing is powerful. I just can't say enough good things about it. Cleanup is easy as the thing comes apart quickly and in the right places. I would very highly recommend this grinder and would definitely buy it again although I'm pretty sure I'm never going to need another grinder....nor will my children.....or grandchildren! This was money well spent!

I just finished grinding food for my dogs. I was using a small kitchen aid grinder. This big 1.5 hp food grinder made the process fast, easy and enjoyable. I reviewed a dozen food grinders and stumbled upon a video of a guy making a tutorial on this specific grinder. All other videos only showed how to assemble the grinders not actually grind meat and other items. I was sold immediately. Thank you for providing this product. One happy customer.
