When I came I thought it would be different to put it together but is it easy that I expect. Other than that it is also to use and the friction is good, different settings is suitable for different body part exercises. Finally the material is good, look lake a durable product

Great rowing machine

I use it as an excuse to remain active while watching some television. There is decent resistance, but as a 30 year old in decent shape, I put it near the max resistance and can still easily row. I use it as for cardio and stamina training so 10 minutes on the max resistance and I'm sweating. It is recommended to buy a floor mat as the feet don't have good rubber grips causing slide issues.

I use this machine to perform effective aerobic exercise at home, exercise the whole body, burn fat and help to lose weight. There are 10 levels of adjustment for everyone. The lcd display can clearly calculate the time, number of uses, calories, etc. The seat is very comfortable, and it doesn't feel tired to use the machine for a long time.

My husband and I love this rower.It was fairly easy to put together.It had great instruction and everything went together well.It took just one of us (me)a little over an hour to put together and 2of us to carry it downstairs.It runs smooth and works perfectly.Great piece of gym equipment for the price.We love it!

Ease of assembly

I was able to assemble pretty easily with just a little help from someone else. Easy to use and enjoyable type of exercise. Received is a short time from order. Would recommend it for anyone needing some type of aerobic exercise that doesn’t want to hurt their knees.

I am 85 years young and trying to get in shape for my fall bowling leagues. This follows a short illness iI had early this spring. The machine works quite well. The only drawback was it is built close to the ground. After using it for two weeks that is no longer an issue.

Easy to assemble and use

This is my first home rowing machine. It was very easy to out together. It took two people 15 minutes. It's not difficult to move around, and it fits nicely off to the side. I've used it almost every day since ordering. It provides some great cardio. Very nice for conditioning. The tension control settings go from 1 to 10, and while the top setting isn't super hard, you definitely feel the burn with repetitions.It's not the fanciest machine out there, but for those looking for a reliable machine at a good price, this hits the spot.

Quiet and Easy to use

As the first owner and former college rower, this machine is awesome! Easy to assemble and exercise. Very quiet and easy to move magnetic reluctance. I did a lot of research before installing this machine. I decided to use magnetic force to keep quiet sound. Setting 3 on the resistance is similar to on the water. The folding size is the perfect size for my bedroom space. Can't wait to get back to the original!

Now in the summer, to start losing weight, this fitness equipment is the best choice.

Durable

The magnetic resistance system makes it durable and really smooth in transition between levels. I love how the unit is foldable and really easy to store. Room is really important in a small townhouse, so equipment like this makes a quick little refresher or a sudden urge to flex my muscles possible.

Easy to use

This came and it was very easy to put together. I was able to put it together at night while others were sleeping in 26 minutes. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. Lots of styrofoam. I have used rowing machines at the gym. Those machines give a full range of motion and my arms come all the way to my chest. That being said, I am 5'2 and the handles do not come all the way to my chest. The bar reaches full length at about 5 inches from my chest. I do not recommend this one for someone who is tall. It is easy to use and folds up very quickly. It is not whisper quiet. It is quiet, but you still hear the sliding noise of the seat. I can use it in the living room while others are asleep and they have not noticed yet. The foot pedals are on a single pin and they do rotate if you are not paying attention to them. The tension seems to work well. It is a stronger tension then the rowing machines at my gym, (either they are old or...) My daughter who is 7 uses this and has no problems with the mechanics of it.

Good for shorter Individuals and also go for when you do not have a lot of space in your home

Was skeptical at first. But I love it so far. I’m turning 45 next month and I tried it on level 5. Lol needless to say, I will have to build up to 5. If anything changes I’ll do an update.

Easy to put together and works well

Easy to put together, all the screws come pre-attached so you know where each one goes. So far it works pretty well, the handle is a bit low, but the angle also gives a good leg workout in addition to upper body and core. So far really Luke it.

Good value

Love the small footprint. Fairly easy to assemble. The nylon strap is not quite what I expected. Hope it lasts, overall great value for the price!
