Love it!
It’s not difficult to assemble at all and pretty easy to get the hang of it. Quite sturdy. When I exercise for a few minutes, I feel like I’ve lost a pretty decent amount of calories. However, the downside is that it’s a bit hard to row. Might be better for someone with good arm strength. But besides that, I recommend it! Very nice full body workout.

Arrived fast, quick set up, works great. It does squeak a bit after some use but I simply check the clamps because after some use it tends to want to slide down so I simply tighten it. I put my barbell clamps on it to keep the resistance clamps in place. I also up my game by using the rower just for arm exercises. Sit as you would to row but instead of sliding the seat forward keep the seat still and just row. I also slide the seat to the counter and sit facing the opposite way and simply row. Use your imagination but just be careful. Love this rower!

Nice Low Impact Workout
This is a nice little rower. It wasn't that difficult or time-consuming to put together. I like that it has a read-out of time, calories, repetitions, and distance. I'm able to work a lot of muscles with a lower impact which is nice since I'm a little bit of a wimp when it comes to excersise.
