Very easy to unfold and fold up. The bag is a bit of a pain so I will only be using it when I plan to store it for a long period of time. Even my five year old can unfold nd fold this thing easily!

We loved this wagon!!! Our twins loved riding in it throughout campus during Homecoming! The option to switch from wagon to bench seating was the GREATEST value. The wheels moved easily over grass, pavement, gravel and even mud. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a foldable wagon that is safe and easy to use.
