I was sent an item that someone used and returned!
I know bc the wheels are lightly scuffed, and I had to clean grime off the underside, it looks like the distributor threw in a new pack of bolts, let's hope they even fit. And a generic user manual from a costway product! Thanks for my $96.99 dollars worth!

Only receive the wheels, but donot receive the screws, can not assemble.
A:
The screws and the washers are already on the bottom of the cart. You need to screw the screws out with the screwdriver on the bottom of the cart and then install the wheel. .
