I was very impressed with it! It's very sturdy, it keeps my barbells and weights off the ground, and easily becomes something I use more often than I thought. Folding vertically when not in use solves most of the problem and the bench can be adjusted upwards to accommodate the slanted chest action, a much better product than I expected and one I have recommended to 3 friends.

There are instructions and it can be installed at once. It has many functions. You can also lift dumbbells, and you can choose different positions at different angles.
