Great for Squats
I\'ve never stopped lifting, but I quit doing squats a few years ago. This allowed me to safely get started again by doing sissy squats. The \'machine\' provides stability. It allows you to safely go ALL the way down and engage every muscle group without losing balance. You can then move to goblet squats by grabbing a dumbbell or kettlebell. It\'s not meant of barbell squats unless you can safely lift the bar and weights up and onto your shoulders and set them down. Not a good idea. But it\'s great for sissy and goblet squats and the price was more than fair. Lastly, it\'s easy to move as it has wheels. You can lower the seat and slide it under something, but it\'s hard to stand up against a wall as the wheels will roll. You need \"chalks\" of some kind to keep in place. All in all a 5-star piece of kit.

I live in a building without an elevator can I arrange, even if I have to pay for it, to have the shipper bring my package upstairs? This is extremely important. I am a senior and there isn't anyway I could do it myself. The weight is 37lbs according to the description. I would also like to know if any cd is available with exercises to help learn how to use the machine. Are the bands included? Any assembly required beyond putting the seat in?A:This product is not heavy, you can try to take it upstairs. There is no CD, and it does not include bands.
