I purchased this bag for my 67 years old husband, and he loves it. He stated that it helps him to be quick with his reaction. It wasn't hard for him to assemble, and the suction is great.

My kids love this punching bag. I had previously purchased a punching bag that needed to be hung from something the doorway or rafters, or some thing, and we had to keep taking it down and putting it back up, and it’s never ready when you get the urge to punch, this is always up on my deck during the summer and warmer monthsfor the kids to go take their aggression out on when they’re upset, it may move to the garage for winter but it will be ready to go when they need the stress relief

Looks and feels great. Always wanted one. Easy enough to assemble and feels like it may last a while. Considering wrapping the Poly Urethane head to prevent fractures and increase the unit's lifetime. we will see how it holds up with daily hits.
Fun way to exercise!
My hubby got this to train me a bit on how to throw a good punch/get some exercise. It’s so much fun!! It’s super easy to put together and it came with gloves! I’d definitely repurchase this!

Good quality for boxing and and my wife use it all the time good workout for kickboxing the quality is superb and the body is heavy i put some water on it and no one can lift it. I recomend this product
