Some assesmbly difficulties

Comfortable chairs and sturdy but not very easy to assemble. Hard to line holes for screws and some assembly holes were difficult to get to.

Great Product ... After the Assembly

Great product and we are happy with the end result. However, the assembly of this product leaves a little to be desired. While it all went together, eventually, it took much patience as the order of assembly left a lot to be desired. The alignment of the clearance holes and tapped holes wasn't the greatest and some pieces needed to be forced into a different shape (not flat) to make it all work. My advice would be to only thread the bolts enough to capture them in the tapped holes. Do not tighten up a single bolt until each assembly (chairs especially) are fully together. Then work your way around each piece, keeping an eye on what pieces are being drawn together.

This set is very nice. the only thing did not like it so much was the cushions. They are thin but I will buy pillows to make it look better. ASSEMBLING was ok. You need to be patience VERY patience. DO NOT TIE THE SCREWS. Leave them only 30% in and then when all are in position with 30% or 25% in. THEN TIE THEM ALL. Otherwise it won't work.

Color is beautiful

Love the color even tho in picture it looks depper, can't say if they are good quality cause I just got them today but will eventually update the review,perfect for a small deck or patio and as others have said don't tighten the screws until you have assembled the entire chair.

A booger to assemble

This is beautiful furniture and seems to be decent quality. Once it was assembled, we really liked it. First of all -- pitch the dinky allen wrench they send with the set and get a good, extended, ball-end, t-handle wrench. We would not have been able to assemble this without it. Very tough to get all the bolt holes to line up. Definitely took 2 people to be able to hold/adjust/shift pieces while the other person inserted the bolts. Now that it is together, and we never have to take it apart again, we are pleased.

Beautiful patio set

Set took a while to assemble due to some holes not lining up. Looks great, feels comfortable. Will see how long it holds up.

Very sturdy and comfy, hard to assemble but once it's done, it's very cute!

Over all

Great all though it takes forever to put together and some screw holes were difficult to put the screws in because of welding drips left behind. the table glass fits not square on top of the table. They way it attaches to the table it super sketchy. Not secure at all so be careful if it gets wet it will slide right off.

Be patient when assembling, these will take a little bit of time

Although they are nice looking, they were not easy to assemble. There are no directions besides diagrams. My husband assembles everything, but these were a real challenge.

Very pretty

Its a great patio set but they didn't send enough of the right length screws. Customer service is great though and sending me hopefully the correct hardware. I will change my 2 star to a 5 star when I'm able to put everything together and use it.

For the Price

This took me almost 6 hours to assemble 2 sets (4 chairs and 2 tables) by myself. Too hard to do with 2 people, tight spaces, not all screws would match/meet the threads of predrilled holes which required a lot of loosening/removing and reassembling. They are as pictured and very comfortable. Cushions are not ‘cushy’ but a firmer support. I like that they are zippered and can be removed to clean. One of the chairs has a cut on the wicker and it will not hold through the season ... hopefully it doesn’t cause the rest of the arm to unravel ... not worth taking back apart and trying to exchange. Fingers crossed it holds up and the rest. We have had snow this spring so I have not put them out on my deck yet.

Assembly woes smells bad sturdy and comfortable

Things I didn't like first. You really have to force the pieces to align with the corresponding holes. The hardware is cheap and strips easily. And all the contents smelled like really bad pesticides had been sprayed on it. The suction cups for the glass top table are useless as they do not work, but provides some cushion.

Im pretty good at fixing things . This was ridiculously difficult to assemble. Most of the screws didnt fit right in the holes and it was awkward.

Pretty, but very difficult to assemble

As other reviews have stated, these are very difficult to assemble. Definitely get a hex bit, because the tools they send don't work very well. (They are good for the final tightening though) Once I did get them assembled, they were sturdy enough.
