Ok for the money but wish I had just gone with bosu!

For the price it’s not a bad product. After having used it for a little bit, would just spend the extra money and get the bosu ball. The ridges are quite pronounced which makes it uncomfortable.

Parents of children with ADHD please read!

I bought this for my 9 year old with ADHD and sensory processing disorder and it's been a game changer! For the child who cannot sit still!! This staying in the living room for the most part. He bounces while watching a movie, for movement breaks between dinner and homework, and when having a conversation with family. I wish I bought this years ago! And the bouncing isn't loud.
