Best steamer around
First of all it's beautiful! Second, it works great...water boils super fast and holds the boil with control turned down to medium/high heat. Third, the steamer "basket" is large enough to cook a dozen red potatoes quartered or a similar amount of food, but obviously you can use it to steam smaller amounts. This is a big piece of kitchen equipment so the only problem you might run into is figuring out where to put it. On display is where it belongs, hahaha!
Great product
We use this mostly to steam oysters and crab legs. It heats up fast, is very spacious, and cooks throughout.

Weird blue color in the food.
I don’t know if it’s just me. But I cleaned this stainless steel pot few time and I still get blue coloring in my food. Hopefully it is not harmful to health, I’m going to stop using this pot and try to find a better quality. I know it is cheap for the price I paid for. But I rather have something that won’t harm my health.
