Hello - I lifted the folding handles, secured it, plugged in the security lock belt, and turned the "on" switch of my treadmill. From there I tried using the remote to get the treadmill to start going but it will not. There are no notifications going off but I see the screen green/on for 0.00 distance and speed. Can you advise?

Hello. I share the question many others have regarding lubricating the belt. Could you please send me the video that has been referenced in other requests? Can you point me to any other videos that might be helpful. I'm a little uncertain as to know what to look for to know when the belt is too tight or too lose. [email protected]

1)How do I lubricate the treadmill belt. The picture in the booklet is too dark to see. 2) Should there be a small gap space between running belt and strake on right side. (Approx. 1/4 inch)?

It is normal for the running belt to have a groove on the left and right, as long as there is no offset. (That is, if the distance between the left and right grooves is different, it is offset).And the video has send to you.

The belt seems to slow down with every step a take for just a split second. It is very annoying. I have played with the belt tension but i have not been able to eliminate the problem. What should I do?
