Perfect fit, stay out of the sun

It takes at least two people to install this awning. I could have used a few more people to help. The installation instructions were pretty simple. It's pretty sturdy for this type of awning. We had a rainstorm less than an hour after installing it, and it held up perfectly. The rain beads up on the awning, keeping my stairs and patio dry. I feel great having it because it blocks the harsh sunlight from hitting my patio windows. The awning goes up and down easily and is easy to operate. It works so well that the neighbor who installed it asked me where I bought it and ordered one for his house.

I bought this for my small guest bedroom; it has a deck and no shade. The tarp fits perfectly and my husband and I installed it yesterday, I have to say it was a little harder than I expected but it was worth it. The mounting hardware was included and it was very easy to install. The tarp is great quality, thick and durable, it is waterproof and it looks great too.
