Very nice message chair

I am happy I decided to purchase this recliner despite only few reviews (including the negative reviews). Really surprised at how easy it was to put together - probably didn't take me but 10 minutes. This is a great chair for the price and offers so many great bonus features. The degree can be from 90 to 150 (almost like a bed you can lying down), perfect for an afternoon nap with a padded headrest and a side pocket - very convenient to keep some small stuff, like phone and magazines. The heat and massage is wonderful, and the vibration is strong but quiet. Again, a great chair at a great price!

Hands down great investment, unless you have a cat, dog or bird with talons and claws. Better buy the insurance clause on that accord. Otherwise its a grear deal and winner. Great for sleeping if ya have snoring problems. Turns iself off every 20 so it doesnt burn out. 5*****

Excellent quality, great value!

Great looking and comfortable. Shipping was delayed due to UPS problems, no fault of the seller, but their customer service department did an excellent job of correcting the problem and updating me daily on the delivery day. EXCELLENT SERVICE, will purchase again!

Quite firm, but feels great.

Easy to assemble and connect all the color coded plugs. Took longer to remove from the box than to set it up. It is a bit firmer than the recliner it replaced, but is easier to get in and out of when you don't feel like you've sunk to the floor. The massager is not very intense, but feel great.Good product overall.

Very comfortable

The chair is comfortable and it sits high, no rocker but when you recline the chair it is really nice. The massager and heat works great as well. This chair was a bit smaller than I thought. I am a big guy so my hips have to squeeze into the chair but once I'm sitting I'm fine. The only negative for me was the shipping. Amazon did not ship this Waterjoy did, the maker of the recliner and they used UPS. Well if you work or have other things that keep you away from home UPS is not great because they don't schedule delivery times. They just show up which is frustrating. You have to go to UPSMYCHOICE to try and reschedule your delivery and that isn't the easiest thing to do as their website is not user friendly. The recliner itself is great so I give it 5 stars. The delivery process I give zero stars.

Fits well in small spaces and brightens up the room

Item arrives in one box and you snap the back into the seat. Only other thing is to plug the controller and power adapter in. Keep the chair about 6 inches from the wall (although you can probably go closer) to clear the wall. The chair is useful in small spaces. I’m 6’ and 200# and I tend to “sit high” on the new cushions and other reviewers mention they will give more over time which seems to be the case. My feet do hang over the bolster but not too concerning. The heat and massage work good as you can doze off fairly quickly. Would give a five star review for a power recline feature but this was a good purchase.

Great recliner

Deliver was very quick. Had it for almost a month now so figured I can give a proper review. Quality of material of chair was a bit better than I expected. The massage feature is definitely a selling point for this chair. Compact size occupying a minimal amount of space. Would def buy again. Only thing I wish the armrest were a a bit higher for ore comfort. I was able to fit in the chair no issues. Seating is not too soft but still very comfortable

I highly recommend this chair. So comfy! I rarely use the massage feature since it doesn't really massage you but it supports my back well by just laying down on it.

Good basic chair

This was a gift and one I thought was too cheap to be any good. It could be sturdier but it is comfortable and I use it often. A good chair for the price.

Ordered this for my husband, it was something he's been wanting and I didn't expect this chair to be great quality considering the price. This chair is the bomb! It is soft and comfortable, the remote is easy to use and the settings are great quality for the price paid. Assembly was quick and easy. My husband has commented that this chair feels as comfortable as the ones he used to sit in when waiting at Brookstone. This chair is also lightweight, so it's not that hard to rearrange ( lightweight, not cheaply made).

The chair sits very well for my injured back. The vibrations feel great and they are quiet. The chair could heat up hotter than it dose. All in all, good chair from online shopping.

I was hesitant at first use. So far, so good. Yes, it is a little shorter on the back. But, after 30-45 days, seat sags just about right for a more comfortable back. Comfortable In the recline position. Most comfortable in the total recline position.
