Great customer service
This wood component looks beautiful but we never assembled it because the wood didn’t match the wood decor I had in the same area so we returned it. Initially it seemed like I would have to figure out how to return it myself and pay for it. since it’s kinda heavy, shipping would have been expensive but the seller demonstrated great integrity and service oriented mindset by providing the return label and I did not have to pay shipping. It’s great when you find a conpany who walks the walk when they say they offer good customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
