A: Quality-related returns: We do our best to ensure that our products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in absolute working condition and without defects. If you have received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as possible, we will exert great effort to resolve with the issue according to the status of the item with either a partial refund, full refund or return for replacement.

B: Non-quality related returns: If you think your product is not a good fit, you can return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please visit 'My Orders' and initiate a return request. Please note: Ensure that the product is brand new and unused. All returns must be with the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, an additional $45 repackaging fee is required for each item.
