The shipping box had many dings, but the styrofoam and packaging kept all items safe. All parts were included and nicely labeled in the instruction booklet (very basic instructions, but it does the job). There was even an adorable screwdriver! I recommend using your own tool on some of the screws if there isn't enough space to turn the included tool. Super easy to put together though. Pay attention to the direction of the different pieces, so that the holes are lined up in the right place for the next step. Definitely a 2 person job for a couple of steps, but doable if you are solo. I worried that the storage cube type drawer would be low quality, but it is an actual mirror on the outside and the inner stabilizing piece helps quite a bit. I am not planning to use the safety strap since it doesn't seem worthwhile since I want the ability to turn the mirror around. The door is heavy/sturdy, but I worry about opening it too wide or too hard and having the brackets break. There are several brackets holding the door, so I just need to be mindful about opening it too far. I chose not to bother with the LED lights. There were no reviews of this item when I purchased, but this manufacturer had many other armoires with great reviews. There is a little indent on the frame to aid in opening the magnetic latch that keeps the door closed. I don't recall that advertised in the description, but it is a nice touch.
