The reviewers previous to mine that commented on the directions being difficult to follow were not kidding. I attempted to do it before my husband got home but got frustrated and put it to the side. He had it put together in few hours and would not have looked at the directions any ways. It turns out that we were missing a few pieces. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately. It is very sturdy but we added carpet pieces to the platforms for comfort since it was the typical carpet over particle board. The value is great and the customer service was exceptional! I would recommend to those that do not require good directions. Otherwise, pour a glass a wine and take it slow.

Needs to be better

My two kittens enjoy playing on it. The carpet is already torn, the small hammock on the bottom the strings have been broken off from them playing on it.

Though it takes a while to put together, all the pieces were there, so just follow the directions and you'll be fine. Bought the big model thinking it would give my kitten plenty of time to grow into--she was scampering up and down and all around it within a week! I figure we've already got our money's worth in entertainment value, but it's solidly built, so we'll enjoy it for years to come.

Large cat tree

 Took us 5 hours to put it together. Pieces are not labeled so it’s hard to tell which one goes where. You know how when you put a shelf together they have the stickers A,B,C etc. well these don’t. You have to guess

Mansion for cats. Could be better fabric though

Firstly, love the cat tree. Took about 30-45 minutes to set up. I've had it for about 2-3 months. Got for 2 kittens that were 6 weeks old.They love it. It could be a little sturdier. I've tightened things up a couple of times. It being on carpet instead of hardwood likely directly affects wobbliness.I think the only complaint I have is the fabric material used is really just that, fabric. The cats will chew holes through it and will shred it like it's paper. They love how fluffy and soft it feels. I do wish the scratching pools had carbet like material above and below the twine since they scratch this and they use the poles to climb. Think fliffy Fabric just doesn't cut it.But otherwise, great house.One advice I would give is assembly the 2 sections individually and don't connect the ladder between the 2 sections until you've moved it to its final location. Mine was placed eventually on the middle platform on my stairs.

Really love this cat tree. We have two sphynx cats. One is a few months old (in photo) and the other is two years old. Both are different in size and neither have trouble climbing, jumping, and playing on it. We wanted something that was large enough for the two of them and this is perfect. The biggest “problem” if you'd even call it that is that assembly is kind of a pain. Nothing is labeled so BE SURE to really take your time and organize pieces by their size. I screwed up twice that resulted in me having to take the thing apart down to it’s first few pieces to switch one of the poles. Once you get going though it’s fine and the result is worth it! Once it was fully assembled I was a little worried about sturdiness. There was a little too much shake for my liking so I went ahead and attached some 1x under both of the largest platforms and then to the wall and problem solved! Now these little Mogwai have no problem jumping around causing a ruckus.

Instructions aren't great, but worth every penny

Probably the best cat tree I could have bought. I have 5 cats ranging in age and size. They were climbing on it while I was assembling it. The only downside, is you have a puzzle for instructions. It wasn't terribly confusing, just make sure you know centimeters (I'm in the US, and I had to convert) and can take things abstractly. It's pretty darn sturdy and I dont have any worries with it tipping over. It also had all the pieces. It. Is. Huge! It has soft fabric and good quality rope for scratching. Overall a great buy.

This thing is huge and my cats love it. My only issue is that there is basically no assembly instructions and the parts are not labeled for ease of assembly.

Love it!!!!!!! I have two large kitties and they absolutely love this cat tree. They started playing on it before we were even done building! Lots of different areas for them to play and explore. I definitely recommend this product! Assembly took a solid hour (with two people) but was fairly easy and we had all the parts we needed. The tree is sturdy and good quality. It’s a little expensive but your cats will thank you!!

Luxury mansion

Like this cat tree. My daughter recently got a kitty, and she searched internet and decided to give her new friend this new house. The new kitty loved this new mansion including bed room, play room, dining room... etc. Good choice for the new kitty.

This is a very well made Cat stand! It is very easy to set up. Everything lined up perfectly all parts were in great condition. Cats love it! One uses it for sleeping inside the bottom part. Other loves up high! I will definitely buy from them again!!

A whole lot of fun

My cats love this tree. It is bigger than I imagined! It has plenty of nooks to play and climb in. I just wish the base was a little bigger to make it more stable.

The instructions for putting this together are pretty much non-existent. All of the measurements on the "instructions" page are in CM and none of the pieces are marked at all. After coming up with a system to identify the pieces, my husband and I were able to assemble this in 2 hours. My suggestion to you is take the extra time to identify each piece before you start and it makes things go much smoother.Overall the cats like the new cat tree and I dont have any complaints once it was put together.

The kittens love the cat tree

I got this cat tower as a surprise for my friend's kitty. It arrived shortly after I placed my order and was super easy to set up. It took me 20 minutes to set it up for my best friend's kitty. It's quite tall, so we had to put it in a corner away from dinning room. Before we know it the little kitten was hopping all over it and now loves to look outside at the birds or take cat naps. I thought the tower is very well made and very affordable. In fact, I used to have a similar tower for my previous cat and it costed a lot more than this item. I highly recommend this tower, even for multiple cats. I received this product for testing purposes.
