Handling Heavy Duty Sheetrock Sheet Panel Service Cart

Does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Cart arrived in a very battered box due to the "very careful" Fedex handling and loss of the package. A few small imperfections from the shipping and delivery to fix and 2 holes had to be de-burred to allow the bolt to fit through. Assembly was relatively simple, just a little awkward to reach inside the platform for a few of the bolts. Once assembled the cart works fantastic. I moved 350 pounds or more of 10' drywall on the cart and it was steady and rolled excellent on a concrete floor. I also had several interior doors to move so I added some pipe insulation on the rails and a few carpet stair treads on the bottom to save scraping and dings that I would have to fix after installation. Overall a great product for the money and very useful.

EASY TO ASSEMBLE

I was nervous at first as a lot of people seemed to have a hard time putting this together. I don't know what they were doing, but mine was easy. about 4 bolts are a little hard to get to, but no big deal. Looks sturdy enough. I am going to use it to move a slate pool table. We shall see how it holds up.

Keep and eye on the wheel bearings.

Great dolly, but good luck finding a replacement caster when the bearing goes bad on one or more wheels, which they will after a year or two of constant use.

Light loads only

Definitely not heavy duty . 5 sheets and tipped over and buckled the frame . not worth the $179 paid. Wouldn't suggest jobsite use.

This worked out fine. I use it to hold in position my wheel chair carrier.

Easily helps me roll my wheel chair carrier to the back of my SUV. Then I can rotate the carrier 90 degrees downward then attach the wheel chair carrier to the SUV.

Worth the money!

I bought this to help us move in a Quartz Island countertop. Weight was 600 pounds. Handled it just fine! Was a back-saver for sure!

Easy assembly. Definitely not as "heavy duty" as sellers claim. I will be using this to transfer materials in my wood flooring business. Hopefully it holds up. The tires seem well built. Its a good thing its a service cart as the paint quality is horrible and missing in some areas. Welds seem sub par as well. You get what you pay for as its made in China.

Pay attention to the wheels, two turns & two are straight, to ensure proper placement for maneuverability. I use this cart to store a 6’ folding picnic table, a 6’ folding table & a 3’ folding table in the area meant for drywall- loading them on a slant, the lip in the base keeps them in place. I also store a 12’ patio umbrella in the V of the handlebars. This cart is great for storing & moving the items in & out of the garage.

Well constructed with good wheels.

This product literally went together in minutes. We use it for plywood and lumber storage in basement workshop. Where ever you store it the lumber is in the way. This way we can roll it over here for now and then roll it over there later as needed. Works out great.

I waited too long

I wish i had this cart years ago. The cart is very maneuverable. Easy to load with pieces of various sizes. The casters which are very heavy duty are mostly easy to affix with the nuts and bolts. There is one side where the hand must fit into a fairly narrow space whilst affixing the casters. That made assembly more difficult Several swear words were uttered. But the end result is magnificent.
