Entry level snowshoes

Bought these snowshoes recently. It's lightweight but looks solid and well built. Frame is aluminum alloy and decking is plastic, which is soft and comfortable to wear on and hopefully it's durable also.It comes with a pair of shock absorbing poles and a carry bag. The poles are also made with aluminum alloy. While it's not as good as our $150+ Black Diamond trekking poles, it feels decent enough. The carrying bag holds the shoes and poles perfectly, it carries like like a common duffel bag.

Maneuverable

For the coming Christmas, we will go to lake Tahoe and stay a week. And someone told me to add the snowshoes to my must-have list. Interestingly, in the past 10+ years, it never snows before the new year in my home area. But we got the first snow on the mid-Oct. this year, right after the snowshoes were delivered. Then I wore on and took a test ride. Not quite used to the additional weight but still manageable. They are easy to put on, just tighten the lace. Keep feet away when walking. Expecting to try it again on the real snow ground a month later.

I was finally able to try these out and I had so much fun. They are easy to put on and take off. The poles are great quality and easy to adjust.

For the price I give them a 4. Good value for what's included. Used them about 5 time this season. So for limited use, I think price is worth it. How many time will I really use these.

Reasonably good shoes for the price...many good features...there was a basket missing...I gave the company the info but didn't receive compensation . I may still , but it doesn't look promising .

Wide range of size adjustment, very stable

Christmas present to daughter (12) the size is larger, but the adjustable shoe straps fit her perfectly with tons of room to grow as needed. She is a woman's size 7 1/2 for reference if that helps. My son who is a man's size 11 also tried these out and fit him just as nicely. I believe most all brands come with plastic bindings and components... so only time will tell how long or well they hold up, but for now she is truly getting her money's worth out of them and for the price including the poles you could not go wrong. Money well spent.

The packaging was poor and the poles are not the greatest

I am new to the sport. These are an upgrade from the shoes I already have. I haven't used them yet due to the warm spell in WI. The packaging was poor and the poles are not the greatest. Probably due to being colapsable. The shoes appear to be well made and am sure will suit my need for a faster pace.

My sons loved them!

I bought a set for each of my two sons. They loved them! They seem sturdy and have held up well the five or six times that the boys have used them so far. Very happy with them and the price!
