This was super easy to put together. And it folds up so you can tuck it away. I absolutely love it. For the price it is a great deal. I have been using it daily for the past five days with no issue.

I have been doing situps sitting on a pilate ball for about two years, to get the extended range of motion. I replaced it with this bench to isolate the movements.The bench arrived well packaged, assembled in 10 minutes with no tools required, is adjustable and folds, and absolutely isolates the crunch range of motion....this is going to be fantastic for my ab workout (and small of my back)

Easy to install, stable and comfortable enough.

For the price, this bench is excellent. I didn't expect much for what I paid but I am very satisfied. I'm too tall to use all the features, like abs and dumbbell bench press with the bench declined, but it is nice to have multiple useable incline angles. If you're looking for the highest quality, most versatile bench available, expect to spend over $100 on another option. If you're on a budget, this bench is excellent. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Sturdy and really comfortable

This bench was simple to put together. Simple--but as long as you take your time, follow instructions and have the right tools. It took me about 2 hours total. That includes unpacking the box and taking items out of protective materials, getting familiar with the instructions and taking a break here and there. If you find your wrench and socket wrench in advance before you start, it may go faster. Also, having someone else help you, might also make things quicker. I assembled it by myself. After it was all completed, I took it for a test drive and am extremely happy with my purchase. It is sturdy and really comfortable. Love it!

Workout junkie

Just what I needed.

This Goplus product is a great workout. It is sturdy and my abs are burning.

There wasn't anything that I disliked about it. I use it to workout my whole abdomin area.
