Sturdy and large enough
I got this luggage rack for our spare bedroom for my dtr and her husband to use when visiting. It is large enough to hold a very large suitcase as well as sturdy enough to take the weight. The width and length are good and it folds up so I can store it under the bed... Good buy, good price and good product.

Works fine. Arrived undamaged and not scuffed or nicked
Works. Not poor quality, but it would be nice to see a screw/eyelet vs a staple to hold the straps onto the wood. Extra credit if you moved to a fastener that distributes the tension across the entire width of the strap, though, since it already goes over two corners, the friction and geometry of the straps over the wood is likely sufficient.
