Costway Electric Fireplace TV Stand, 58 Inch Modern Console for TVs up to 65 in + 23'' Fireplace Heater w/3 Brightness, 6H Timer & Remote Control, Entertainment Center with 2 Open Shelves & Cabinets
So happy I bought it. I was concerned that it was gonna be flimsy wood and look cheap because of the type of what it is, the press wood. But yeah, I love it. No regrets!! I think it took me like four hours to build it though. Just put a little music on and read the directions.. apparently I didn’t realize that there was a QR code you can scan that can guide you through building it. But it wasn’t hard at all. I love it. Looks so good. I hope the little fireplace works for many years.

Still Confused?
Q:
When we turn the heating unit on, the fan blows for a little bit then goes off. How do we keep the fan blowing so that it will actually put out heat? Why does it go off?
A:
The heating unit is designed to operate with a thermostat. When the temperature of the surrounding space reaches the set temperature, the heating will automatically turn off, which is why the fan may stop blowing. To keep the fan blowing and ensure consistent heat output, you can try the following options: 1. **Increase the Set Temperature**: Raise the temperature setting on the unit to a higher level. This may keep the heating function active longer. 2. **Direct Heating Mode**: You can turn the heat on directly without setting a specific temperature, which will allow the unit to continuously operate and provide heat. If the fan continues to stop unexpectedly, it may be due to the thermostat functioning as intended, turning off the heating once the desired temperature is reached.

However, assembly instructions and videos are typically provided to assist with the setup process. If you have any specific questions about assembly, feel free to reach out!

Q:
Remote not working, no light from pressing buttons and just put fresh batteries in it, any help?
A:
Please check if the remote control is working properly, you can use your phone's camera to perform a test. Pressing the button on the remote control while using your phone's camera will cause the central LED to flash. If the remote control flashes when pressed, it's working properly. (For infrared remote controls, you need to point the camera at the receiver of the electric fireplace). If pressing the button doesn't cause flashing, the problem lies with the remote control itself.

Having a problem with the door opening and shutting
A:
If you're experiencing issues with the door not opening or shutting properly, there are a few potential causes to consider: 1. **Leveling**: Ensure that the unit is level, as an unlevel surface can affect door operation. 2. **Installation**: Check if the door was reversed or improperly installed during assembly. 3. **Gasket Condition**: Inspect the gasket around the door for any dirt or damage that may be preventing a proper seal. 4. **Shelf Position**: Make sure that the shelves inside are positioned correctly and not obstructing the door. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reach out for further assistance.
