Quality Stool and Better Customer Service
We bought these stools for our kitchen Island where they will get much use and be challenged to hold up. The stools were easy to assemble and came with all needed tools. Personally just started to binge a Netflix show and had the two stools together by the end of a 30 min episode. We did have one issue with a stool where the wood was splintered. I contacted that company via Amazon and they had us two new stools at no charge within the week. They also did not ask for us to send anything back. I understand things happen and it's how they are handled and this company handled my issue professionally and made things right.
