Double Compartment Pet Carrier with 2 Removable Hammocks

Our cat fell in love with this as soon as we put it up! We keep 1 end open for for to enter and exit. The opposite end has her litter box. She had a hexagon shape previously and we noticed she really only used 1 side of it,so when it wore out we replaced it with this model. She sits on the unzipped door to guard her entrance and at night she sits up in the attached box. This comes with 2 upper level boxes that attach with a bit of ribbon and a toggle ; however our 8 lb cat broke the ribbon on 1 of the 4 corners just with jumping up and down to get in and out. It then left one side unsecure , so I changed to the 2nd box with secure ribbon ad toggle . So far so good , but I do need to sew the other one back together in case this happens again. That is my only complaint . Maybe the company may want rope or twine the secure the toggle so it lasts longer. We have not yet tried it in our vehicle , but it does have very secure flat elastic straps to place seat belts through. For the moment I have a firefly light up pad inserted in the spot so she can paw at it and make the fireflies light up,she loves using it that way for now.

This was perfect for driving all 3 of my cats across the country for our move. They all fit and i was able to have food and the travel litter box in there as well.

This is a nice carrier, well made, with some very nice features over some of its competitors. However since the fiberglass rods do not go across the entire length of the carrier it is a bit flimsy and if you have large or busy cats, it does not stand up well it is topsy turvy. Customer Service was the best when I contacted them about the issue. I really like the zip up screen covers and the corner fabric sewn in to keep the bottom mats in place. Also a better application for the baskets would be snaps over the torpedo buttons which do come undone as kitty is getting up into it. Other than that it is a great carrier and the company has the best customer service.

I loved how big it was and bought it to move my cats across the country. It broke in the middle of the drive. To be fair, it was an 18 hour car ride with 3 large cats. So, I was probably expecting a miracle for it to be in one piece after an experience like that.

Like many others, I bought this carrier for an upcoming cross-country move with 2 cats. My male is 18lbs and XL size and my female is 11lbs and petite. They are brother and sister and I needed a big carrier to transport this bonded pair together. The travel litter box would have been an absolute disaster if I didn’t find a hard-sided small litter box that fit into the carrier (here on Amazon, it’s the exact size of the travel cat box and zips up inside for transport into a hotel). I put Velcro strips on the bottom of the travel box to keep it in place in the carrier. I’ve had it for about a week and my cats love it. I’ve just got it sitting open in my home office so they can acclimate to it at their own pace. They would poke their heads in and check it out at first, but wouldn’t go in, despite having their blanket and bed in there - Fast forward 1 week and they both just go in for a nap. Now the really really disappointing part. My male can open the door zippers at the ends and top. He presses his head against the zipper pulls, pops his head out and him and his sister are both out. I CANNOT have that happen on a 20 hour 2-3 day drive (we’ll have 2 vehicles towing 2 vehicles, so it will likely take longer since we can’t really speed). So now I’m shopping for zipper locks… If anything else goes wrong with this, I’ll be shopping for a different one!
