Works best for soft towel
I love the design at first as it is simple. The process is quite simple with the surfaces are being heated while the towel is inside so it gets warmer gradually. It comes with only one button which is on/off and two signal buttons which are heating and surface is hot or not. I tried every size of towels to see how long it would take and how well would this towel warmer work. My conclusion is that this one works best for light towel so no matter how long the towel is, the less thick it is, the more dry the towel would be. I love using this as it is so much quicker than a dryer while less effort. I tried using a thick towel but it would not help as when the surface is super hot, it will automatically stop which leaves the towel moisturized and not even dry outside. I don't use quite thick towels so that won't hurt me really. A quick recommendation is insert a scent paper for scent of course and sanity.

Always wanted to try one of these! It works! I was able to put three towels in it and all of them got warm within minutes. The outside gets a little hot but not burning hot. I think it will be the perfect thing for my parents who have a hot tub.

I’m in love. As soon as I took it out of its box I had to take a picture. It’s about 1.5x the size of a typical bathroom waste can so just do you can get an idea for size. I just used it for my shower and oh I felt so luxurious when I got out and my towel was already warm

Feels like warm towels from a spa. I can easily fit 2 towels in there, or a towel and a bathrobe. I've used this to heat towels in the bathroom and for the hot tub. It's such a nice luxury to wrap up in a nice and warm towel on a chilly day. This would make a great gift too!
