Fast delivery. This automatic feeder with simple setup and easy to use. It connect to my cell make a lot easier. Without this feeder I had to ask my mom to stop my house to feed my puppy every afternoon, but now I don't have to because this automatic feeder can my puppy on time when I am not home. very satisfied with this purchase.

This feeder is very good. It can connect to my cell phone to feed my kitten regularly and quantitatively. Before feeding, there is music. Tell my kitten that it's having dinner. It's very good. Usually work a day away from home, no way to feed at noon, are given a lot in the morning, too much to eat my cat will make a full floor, fell on the ground, he no longer eats, especially wasteful. The plate under this feeder is so large that it seldom falls on the ground. I really think it's great to recommend pets for family use.

Love love love this. The freedom to leave the house again, and know our fur baby will be fed every day on time. It's a true emancipation for our busy household. No strangers have to be relied on to come over. Add a nanny cam, and peace of mind is yours for good. Thank you.

The directions are kind of vague. It was very confusing for me to program the clock's time and the feed cycle/portions. I just kept pressing the buttons until is made sense. The clock uses military setting, 1-24 hours. I really like the looks of this feeder and how the programming settings are hidden under the lid....which latches securely. It is very quiet. The food slides into the removable dish, so the sound is mimimal. The portion choices are nice. One portion is plenty of food for each of my cat's three meals. She was standing by her new feeder looking up at me, meow-yelling at me to feed her, when the feeder went off. She watched in amazement as the bowl filled. When it stopped, she looked up at me like I had some super powers of magic or perhaps I had performed a miracle! Wow! She also has a new IPPETIE watering fountain. Sooo spoiled! This whole setup will make life easier for our sweet cat and everyone else...especially when we aren't home or when traveling.

I purchased the automatic feeder for my cats. The feeders arrived within well packed. Programming was super simple - I didn't even have to read the directions. The dispensing tray fits easily into the base also is easy to take it out to clean. The unit actuates 4 times a day, at the times you choose, and in the quantity you select. If you want to feed fewer times per day, you have the option to select 0 for the serving size. The unit is probably more suited for dogs, as I have the servings set at the minimum (1) for my cats. However, it works well, and I would certainly recommend this product to others.

Somewhat simple setup. Just watch when you go to create an account, the verification code went to spam folder in email. Seems to be working like it should. No complaints after initial setup. Been using for about a month now.

A Sturdy Product
I got this because my cat has really good appetite and constantly begs for food and I am away from home a lot for my work. I wanted to try if fixed portion and feeding time will solve this problem. One portion is about 1/8 of a cup, so it is really nice for a kitten that needs multiple small meals throughout the day. Well, my cat still begs for food, but at least I know she is eating the correct calories daily so I should not hand feed her any extra food other than occasional treats. It is a nicely built product that does the job. I got the basic version that can't be connected to WIFI and your phone to dispense/monitor remotely. However, I purchased a separate camera for $25 and mount it on the feeder so I would know if my cat missed a meal or if the feeder was not functioning properly. I haven't tried with large size kibbles but the feeder works very well with small to medium size kibbles. We didn't have issues such as stuck kibbles or missed meals. I like the clean design and the size of the product. My cat very quickly learned that she can poke her paw inside the kibble exit and steal a few when she feels like a snack. But this is not a problem because no more than 5 kibbles will drop after each dispense. She will need to wait after her next meal to be able to seal more food again. The only feature I wish this product has is a volume control. We have a small apartment that doesn't require a very loud meal announcement as a large house normally does. The default volume is very loud that I am sure is deafening to a cat if it's in the same room. The only solution to lower the volume for now is to record your voice from a distance or whisper, which really isn't ideal because it also records the background noise along with it which make the sound quality even poorer.

Bought two of these for our two dogs. They do work well, but they don't measure cup output. Only say they are portions. Had to run it half a dozen times to make sure the output was what we wanted.

I have a large dog and this is perfect for her. I do have to refill it every three or four days but it is great for when I go out of town.
