This chair is great when you get home from work take a shower sit in that chair and your in heaven I have no complaints about this product it comes basically put together I will provide pictures later.

Gets the job done

I ordered this one so it wouldn't break the bank. Its a good investment. Easy set up. It really gets in there, so I like it a lot. If you're a bit thin or sensitive, it will be too rough, but if you need that kind of hard or super depp kneading, it works well. I like that the neck massager is adjustable. I'm 5'5 and aim it down to massage the bottom of my neck/top of my soulders and i can move it up to massage the bottom quarter of my head. The back kneading is great...omg...but, it only goes up to the base of my shoulder blades. It would be nice if it went up further. So, I just kind of slide down a little to get that oh so wonderful kneading all the way up lol ! I won't comment on the seat vibrator sine I don't really use it. Ibrating massages do nothing to relax me, so to each their own on that feature. Overall, I relly like my chair and was a nice gift/investment for myself. I hope this helps!

Excellent chair, even better service!

This chair is incredible! The back massager is just the right intensity and has enough variations to keep your experiences unique. The neck massager didn't work as reliably - but when I reached out to the seller about it, they were quick to address the problem. I most likely experienced a fluke issue with the neck massager. So I would still encourage people to purchase this. The chair alleviates a lot of tension, isn't too noisy and feels like a sturdy piece of equipment that will last for a long time.

Eases Pain And Sore Muscles So Relaxing

This chair does an amazing job at relaxing me after a stressful day. I love how you can adjust the height of this chair just by pressing a button on the remote. It allows both my husband who is over six foot tall and myself that is five foot four to comfortable use this chair. There's also a optional heated massage that you can turn on that I really love. This chair does your neck, shoulders, back, and legs so its like getting a full body massage right at home in a comfy chair.

Never tried one of these before so I have nothing to compare it to. I have a lower back problem and was hoping this chair would alleviate it. I found that even at its lowest the massage balls didn’t go low enough. Using a couple of cushions helped. The massage is quite intense. The next day I felt like I’d been beaten up...very sore! I enjoyed the full back massage

My husband and I gave these chairs to each set of parents for Christmas and it was a huge hit with everyone. They’ve only been using it for two days, but they all seem very pleased with how it massages. The one thing my dad and I noticed is that when the back massagers are on And close to the upper part of the spine, they protrude out so far that it lifts the back of your head up, Making it a bit difficult to fully relax. This would not deter anyone from using the chair though. The USB port located on the right arm is handy for charging electronics! The chair angles back-and-forth easily (spring loaded) and with just the flip of a couple of conveniently-located levers. The chair also folds up and stowes away easily. The massaging can be a bit intense on the upper back and neck if you are not used to massage on a regular basis, but I’m looking forward to going to my parents house to get better acquainted with it :). It operates in 15 minute cycles and the instructions do say that if you keep doing back-to-back successive massage cycles, it could shorten the life of the chair. I’m assuming what they are meaning by that is if you use it too much without letting it rest between cycles, it could burn out the motor faster. I will be sure to update if anything goes wrong with this massager, but for now the recipients of this gift are extremely happy!

Short People may need to sit on a pillow for the neck massage feature.

We set this up in the living room where you can use it for a quick 15 minute break. The rotating massage balls are very strong and if you lean your whole weight on them, like Shiatsu from a human they can hurt a bit on tight muscles. However, by using the targeting feature, and slightly shifting your body, you can control the pressure, and get a really deep massage to your entire back and shoulders, or to a specific spot. My husband and I love it, and after about a week, notice the tense spots in our shoulders loosening up. But as I said, the massage is very deep, and a few of our friends found it to be too hard. I suggest you look for these in a department or warehouse store where they have a demo chair and try before you buy.
