Costway Care

Costway.com warranties this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of One (1) year following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home environment. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Costway.

Costway Care warranty is not transferable and cannot be extended to other merchandise. Warranty is only supported for orders that were placed throughout costway.com. The warranty is only valid when the product is used for its intended purpose and under normal use. Defects or damages caused by negligence, misuse, intentional or in accident, modification, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the warranty.

*Massage chairs (valued over $1,000) ordered via ground shipping is protected with 3-year Costway Care warranty.

Clyde Extended Warranty Policy

Once you purchase the Clyde warranty and successfully pay for it, the warranty will take effect. This Plan can not be transferred to a subsequent owner of the product and only valid for the product (refers to the item which you purchased and is covered by this Plan).

You must keep the sales receipt or order confirmation email for the product from Costway; it is an integral part of this Plan and you may be required to reference it to obtain service.

In the event you cancel this Plan within thirty (30) days of receipt of this Plan, you will receive a full refund of any payments made by you under this Plan. Otherwise, you want to cancel this Plan after thirty (30) days of receipt of this Plan, we will not issue the refund to you.

The total liability under this Plan for any single product is: (a) replacement of the product with a replacement product; (b) reimbursement of the purchase price you paid for the product. In the event that we have met any of the above conditions (a) or (b) of the total liability we will have fulfilled all obligations owed under this Plan and this Plan will terminate.

Costway is not responsible for the following situations:

●Breakdown resulting from Acts of God

●Problems due to improper installation

●Products with safety feature(s) removed, bypassed disabled or altered

●Damages caused by third-party actions, fire, collision, vandalism or theft

●Breakdown caused by accidental damage, spilled liquids, insect infestation, introduction of foreign objects, misuse, abuse, or intentional physical damage

●Breakdown resulting from war, invasion or act of foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, riot, strike, labor disturbance, lockout or civil commotion Seized or damaged parts resulting from failure to maintain proper levels of lubricants or coolants, from use of contaminated or improper lubricants, from use of stale, contaminated or improper fuel, or from freezing or overheating
