  • Happy with my choice

    Design is beautiful and what I liked the most about it is that it’s thin and not taking much space ! Set up took few minutes (after preparing the area) and it’s includes really everything that you need to start. The heat is just perfect for us, and as described. Pump is really to read and understand, I recommend using manual at first this make the process much easier.

    Love this spa. Spacious and sturdy. Easy to set up. Heats up pretty quick. We had a glitch with the heater in the beginning, and it was taken care. We are totally enjoying this spa!!!

  • What’s not to love?

    We have wonted an inflatable hot tub for a while now and after looking finally decided to buy this one and it has not disappointed. It is excellent quality, easy to install and fun for the whole family. You can control the temperature quite well so we are able to put it at a temperature that the whole family can enjoy.

  • Leaked the air out

    Received hot tub June 1st. and just put it together three days ago. Finally the water got up to 104 degrees and I noticed the sides of the tub was starting to get soft. So I tried to pump it up and noticed it wasn\'t working. I heard a hiss sound and where there was a packing crease. This was very depressing. I have been out of state taking care of by brother who has stage 4 cancer with hospice now at his side. If my brother had not been sick this hot tub would of been put together sooner. Very disappointed. I am on a fixed income and this really hurts. I needed this for medical reasons.
