Easy to install and functions as advertised
Very enjoyable in our basement. Very sleek looking when flush mounted in the wall. The heater takes the chill out of the basement area, and it runs quietly. The only drawback is the display on the fireplace is difficult to see when sitting away from unit. It’s difficult to tell if the heater is on High or Low. In use for 30 days so far.

We have had this fireplace for a couple years now and it has preformed great. We use it all the time for a nice setting and it’s fun with all the color choices. The heater also works really well at taking the chill out of the air and blows strong. I highly recommend this product

With my husband and I getting older and falling apart more and more, we decided that an electric insert would benefit us instead of hauling in firewood and cleaning out the fireplace. We absolutely love this insert. It keeps room nice and warm. Shuts off when desired temp is reached. My God daughter loves the different colored flames. The only thing that would make this more perfect is fire crackle sounds but serves its purpose and we LOVE it.

Beautiful fireplace has ability to change colors. He also has a heater inside and you have the option to turn it off or turn it on. Has eight different colors I do highly recommend. Thank you for this amazing product.
