Good one for a family
My sister has a 3L Zujirushi one, and I was looking for something similar but found this one with only 5 L size. Bought it in March and used it for daily drinking water … for my family. I thought that 5L is too big for 3 of us, it turns out to be just ok size for a day. The only things should change is the temperature marks along the screen for setting. it is difficult to read.

The best one!
This is the best water boiler and dispenser I've owned. we bought this awesome product because my older one was not working anymore. This new Castway Instant Electric Hot Water Boiler has the same feature functions as the older one. Not only that, it has large water capacity and the price is reasonable and easy to use and clean too. We just love it so much!

Trusted brand. This is our second purchase, our old one was almost 10 years old and broke!

The seal ring under the lid is aging (I suppose under constant heat around 85 degrees C) and the sheds white, disintergrate particles into the water container section. Do you have a replacement seal ring? I tried to find a manual but looks like it does not exist.

Reboil function cannot be turned off. The heating principle is to boil first and then lower to the set temperature.When starting to heat up, you can set the temperature a bit lower.

The lid is down. Enough water is in the heater. The air pump isn't working. The dispense button isn't working either when plugged in. It is locked well.

When the item is under boiling state, the dispense button will not working. After the boiling is done and the light will turn to green.Then the water will be pushed out normally..

Did you open the lid during the boiling process? If it is opened, the pressure will be low. After the hot water boils, there will be steam in the water bottle. The pressure in the water bottle will be high. After the cap is opened, the steam will dissipate and the pressure will be low. You can wait until the temperature drops, about 60 degrees and 50 degrees, re-boil, and try again-do not open the lid during this process..
