I thought they were all made with the carpet grips ...
What happens when you don't read the full item description. Needed this for carpet not hardwood floor.I will have to use double sided carpet tape. Other than that it works as it should.

Exactly what I expected. The mat itself is thick and tough. There has been no slippage, it sticks to the rug under it nice and is very easy to clean. Before the mat it was very hard to move my chair around, now I can roll around without troubles. I don't know why I waited so long to get a mat!

This was exactly what I wanted. It is nearly invisible on our hardwood floor while still providing the needed protection. I would buy again if needed. (Great price too.)
