Very satisfied. Easy to install, I already had the furniture and it fit perfectly into it. Very real appearance. Heats the perfect space. I am really happy to have chosen this product.

I bought the size 22 which I think is labeled 22.5, This is my 3rd insert I have bought within the last 2 months!!! The first two (from different companies) I bought had completely different measurements then what their descriptions said, and one of them had a crack in the faux wood. I was really hoping this one would work and it did!!! Very pleased. The fire looks so nice at night, the the heat is enough to heat up my entire living area without having heat on in the house. The adjustment of the flame does not have a huge difference but you can tell it gets a little smaller if that’s the setting you like, but the heat is fantastic. The only other add I have is that this company starts with a T, and the box they sent was not that brand, it was the brand Costway instead, but I really don’t care since it actually is 100% everything I needed out of it.

I ordered this unit since it would fit perfectly in my Ikea shelf frame "Besta". I just took the shelves out and put this in. Does not heat the frame and air circulation is fine. Fan is pretty quiet and serves a nice warmth to the room. The fire looks realistic. I love it.

In this day and age where you have to assemble everything, this fireplace comes 100% assembled. You take it out of the box, set it on the floor and plug it in, that\'s it. So simple it\'s crazy. Yeah it looks a little fake but most often you see a fire out of the corner of your eye so it feels cozy. The heater is amazing, the fan is not loud. Really a great little unit.
