i wanted to love this steamer. the extended tube was really helpful with baseboards and sinks. i mainly bought this steamer for the versatility. i wanted to steam mop the tile and floors. unfortunately when i tried to mop, the handle would fall apart. i thought that maybe i was missing a piece, but i triple checked all of the included attachments. despite this, the handle kept disconnecting from the mop head. i couldn’t actually steam the floors like i wanted to. three stars cause it does clean well with the handheld attachments, i like that you can add more water and not wait too long to continue using it. the cons: i bought it to mop the floors, but the handle kept coming apart. the button that you need to push to steam gets annoying. i understand the safety behind it, but your hand gets sore after a bit

This little system did an amazing job of cleaning my bathroom: the glass shower doors of the “dog spa” haven’t been that clean in a while. It help me rid the toilet and sink of hard water stains. I’m happy.

Safety- handle gets very very hot while using for say a 60 to 90 seconds or so continuously. So make sure you keep in mind it’s just for small minor jobs and just because it comes with a floor attachment it’s not made to do a whole floor with. And a glove won’t help it will also just burn the unit out. I tried it on a shower wall for water rust-like stains and it really didn’t work on them. I found the newer the stain the better the steamer works on them. If I was buying again, I would look for a more powerful unit or one that matches my purposes more.
