We have 2 of these units, which we have been using for over a year, and can't say enough good things! They work beautifully and keep our home cool in the hot summer heat and the heating option is nice on those days when you need a little extra warmth. Installation wasn't bad and took my husband, who is an electrician, a little over 2 hours to complete.
