I am not an expert with the camera. When this arrived the method to put it together was to place a barrel nut (photo 5) for a bolt into a hole (predrilled) and then screw the bolt in. You can see from photo three that the Bolt did not hit the tiny hole in the barrel nut because the predrilled hole was too tiny you could not adjust the placement of the nut (photo 1 shows barrel nut buried tight and screwdriver can't turn it). I got out my drill and drilled all 4 of those barrel nut holes slightly larger so the nut would go in without a hammer and could be turned to meet the bolt with a screwdriver. Then I could assemble the bench. Photo four shows the pad that makes this bench complete. It requires two long bolts from the bottom be screwed in or out to add or remove the pad. This is difficult, unnecessary and time consuming. The pad is very light weight. I added velcro (soft part where your shoulder would go) stem loop on the pad, so you can quickly add the pad or take it off. I bought this because a combination of fear and lack of arm strength has kept me from doing handstands for a decade. Day 3 of trying, I can do the headstands, and I can do the abdominal exercises too. If you have some woodworking skills, this device works out well.

I'm not a yoga master and was just looking for a fun option for work outs. This chair is very sturdy (I'm 185 lbs and it doesn't budge) and comfortable when using. As a newbie, my recommendation would be to first put the chair in front of a wall and practice holding yourself up, with the wall as an emergency measure. Then do it in the middle of the room like the pros. Really happy with purchase
