This is a really good quality mail box, this good solid material, but not heavy to install. Have easy access to put mail in and have a key for taking mail out to safety. And a back up key if lost one of them. Over all I would recommend this mail box to everyone. It have a good looking design, solid materials.

PreviewReplaced a 20-Year-Old Mailbox
Was mowing the lawn on my riding lawnmower. Tried to get close to the old cast iron mailbox and knocked it over. It was over 20 years old and rusting. I was dreading trying to sand it down and paint it because of the intricate bas relief. Plus trying to pick a color to paint it. At first, I found a new pedestal mailbox on Home Depot for $179 but it was plain looking. Then I looked on Amazon and found this one that looked similar to the original. Once it arrived, I found out it wasn't just similar, it was exactly the same as the old one. Only difference is that the old one was cast iron and weighed like 50 pounds and the new one is cast aluminum and only weights like 10 pounds. Also, aluminum doesn't rust. I figure my lawnmower mishap of knocking over the old one saved me hours of sanding it down and painting it. $139 was super worth it. Love the new mailbox. The black looks classy too.
