Great
Worked perfect. I needed a slimmer potting bench, next to the back door, inside—this works perfect. Needed it functional, but bonus is how cute it is. My husband put it together pretty easy and quick. I have no complaints whatsoever, but would probably not keep it outside without putting a protectant on it.

Not bad. Decent for the price
I don’t have a lot of space to work with, so the width of the particular potting bench fit my needs. I did apply a coat of polyurethane to it for some added protection. Assembly was fairly straightforward although the instructions were not the greatest. All in all, I think it will fit my needs. The wood seems a bit “light”, so I’m not sure how well it will hold up.

Unfinished but exactly as pictured!
Didn\'t realize the woods would be unfinished, and as this plans to go outside I decided I wanted to protect it and ended up painting it. The finish isn\'t super necessary as this is a garden thing, meant to get dirty! However, I think it would last longer if it was. I did enjoy painting it! Will update with pictures once I get it outside and set up. Delivery was as expected with no issues.

Missing parts
UPDATE *** I’ve heard back from customer service, they don’t have any replacement parts, they have to be requested from the factory overseas. I am told it will be a 25-30 day wait. I’m not happy about the wait but what choice do I have, we put the bench together expecting the parts to be sent out right away. I’m posting this to warn everyone, check your parts list and DONT put it together until you’ve been assured of WHEN you’re going to receive any parts that might be missing. Turns out there was a screw missing as well, my husband found a replacement so that wasn’t a problem but to have FOUR missing pieces (2 braces, 1 screw and the drain plug) in one box tells me they’re “quality control” department isn’t doing their job! Just got it and tallied the parts before starting. Missing 2 parts that brace the top shelf and missing the drainage plug. I’ve contacted customer service, very helpful BTW, they are to submit it to the “next level” for review and approval before they can send the parts. It’s just what I need for my greenhouse but if it was going to be in the weather you would definitely have to waterproof it.
