Simple to assemple. Took me maybe 25 minute with only a phillips screwdriver. My five year old granddaughter hasn't stopped staring at herself in the mirror that is attached to the desk. She plays with the set every single day and talks to herself in the mirror as she 'applies fakeup'. Well made and perfect for a grown up in the 3+ year old age range.
