The defective parts are the seat and the handle shaft will not go up or down and when i did get it to go down it got stuck and the red plastic insert came out and stuck on shaft. They are stuck on the shaft the fit was very tight either one would not go up or down.

We love the bike but after 4 months, we have a "catch" in the pedaling apparatus. It is still very quiet when biking but you can feel the clunk in the pedal with each rotation. Can we have this fixed by a bike shop or is there a problem with the gear in the pedal mechanism. Can that be fixed. We have lubricated it frequently and almost excessively; it does diminish the click, but it does not disappear. Can the gear drive assembly be replaced?
