This cart is perfect for my elderly mother to help us get her groceries into her home. Easy to assemble and built sturdy. It was a Christmas gift. Unfortunately it came broken. One of the plastic pieces that supports the axel and back wheel was crushed (see picture). I contacted customer service but they did not have the part in stock and it would take a few months to get it. So, rather than have to go to the trouble to return this item (they provide shipping costs), they are shipping me another cart. I was quite grateful for that as returning a heavy item can be a lot. The customer service rep was kind and courteous and quite helpful. I just hope the new one gets here before Christmas.

Living on a boat requires finding items that are quality materials but fold for storage. This cart meets our needs completely.
Makes my work so much easier / saves so much time and energy!
I am an elderly widow, living alone and am semi-crippled. I used to come home with groceries in the trunk of my car, make numerous trips into the kitchen carrying as many (not many!) bags as I could, hefting them onto the counter top, emptying the bags, putting groceries in the pantry, fridge or freezer, then going into the laundry room and bathroom to finish putting items where they belonged. NOT ANY MORE! Now I wheel this easy-to-maneuver cart to the car trunk, put the groceries in it, wheel it easily over the welcome mat, threshold and rug at the front door to the kitchen, first to the fridge/freezer where I put groceries directly from the cart, then to the pantry where I do the same, then to the laundry room and bathroom. Emptying the trunk of groceries and putting them away has never been so easy! I can easily fold the cart and put it away, but I don\'t even do that because I have a closet that holds it very well so I just park it there until I need it again. This cart is worth the money! I would buy it again if I ever needed to! (Someone did assemble it for me; he said it was easy to do!)
