Purchased two 9 cube units for my 5 yr old sons big boy room makeover. We Love the look of it. My Sons dad didn’t have any issues putting them together. The cubes are 11 x 11 inches which means any bins/containers need to be smaller than that.

Functional and pretty sturdy
I got this cabinet to tuck under a counter to add storage in my dining room. It fits quite nicely, with just a small gap. I like that some of the cubbies have doors, which open easily and have magnetic closures. It was fairly easy to put together (it took me less than two hours on my own), and feels pretty sturdy for flat pack pressboard furniture. My one complaint is the sides look ugly. There are 8 screws that go into each side during assembly, and they give you stickers to cover them up, which I think looks tacky. I'm planning to get some peel and stick wallpaper to cover the sides to make it look nicer. Other than that, if the sides will be hidden or you don't mind the stickers, this is a good piece of furniture.

EXCELLENT QUALITY... not the best assembly instructions, tho
I was pleasantly surprised by what a sturdy, functional and good looking piece this is!! I like to think myself pretty darn handy - but it was still quite a feat to get it put together properly. The assembly instructions leave LOTS to be desired! (Like some *words* would've been nice!!) A HELPFUL TIP: when attaching the #5 squares to boards #2, #3 and #4 - the photos don't make it clear which way the #5's should be facing. (I'd argue the photos actually imply placing them backwards!) So make sure the white edges are showing / facing upward at that stage. Other than that, I have no complaints at all! It's a great piece, and I love that they supply the hardware needed to anchor it to the wall - so it doesn't topple forward at any point.

Hi, I’m interested in your 9-cube storage organizer for my home office. It looks great and I love the mix of open-closed shelving! I do have a concern about the cube dimensions. I see they are 11-inch height-width-depth. Is that exact or is there any additional space? I ask because most paper is exactly 11-inch high and folders are often 11.5-12 inch. I’m concerned they won’t fit in the shelving. Thanks!
