The first time I used the step, I was delighted. The second time, it started to slide on my wood floor. I remember at the gym, we used to dampen the rubber stoppers at each corner. I don't know if I need to buy a non skid mat to put under it, but I am disappointed that this happened on the second use.

A few weeks ago I started physical therapy for my knee. My therapist uses tons of diverse exercise equipment you would see in the gyms of today and yesterday.
