If you are getting the chairs, the ottomans are a no brainer. They are sturdy enough to be used as a seat for extra porch guests and they came fully assembled which I don’t know and they sat in a box for weeks. The chairs are small size and are a little awkward for someone 6’ to sit in my the ottoman makes it work. All around this entire set is a steal.

I chose these o er other makes as the cushion is water resistant and can withstand some rain I was looking at another brand where the top opens and you have a little bit of storage but that states the cushions cannot get wet, on a patio ottoman? Really? These are great value and very well made. You need to screw the feet on using the supplied allen key, it took me less than five minutes to do both and tie on the cushions to keep them in place. I have a very small balcony in the guest room and use one of these to support my legs when using a rocking chair on there and that works great. You can also sit in the ottoman, it’s perfectly comfortable.
